The cotton content allows for a much smoother paint application. The colours stand out and stay vibrant. It is the best paper to use for details landscapes or florals and when working in small sections. Advisable to paint a maximum or 2-3 layers due to the texture which allows the base layers to get activated and lifted easily. You may find that this paper tends to dry faster than the cold pressed, this is due to an even surface, however this can easily be fixed by wetting the working area twice to ensure the water is absorbed well into the paper. Archival quality which will ensure your works will stay longer and can easily be a collectors piece.
