Personalization FAQ
The personalisation option allows you to get for yourself or your loved one a diary or a journal with your/their name or initials foil stamped on them!
You can give text upto 12 characters which include alphabets and spaces but exclude numbers, accented letters (like à , è, ç etc). So if a full name fits in 12 alphabets, you can surely get it done!
We stamp names on the books using a technique called “Hot Foil Stamping”.
Currently, we just offer gold and silver foils.
Yes, the position of the names is fixed. You can see them on the sample image in the product gallery.
Personalised orders have to be pre-paid only. COD is unavailable for the same.
We have a no refunds and no returns policy on personalised orders.
While most regular orders are shipped within 5 days of placing the order, due to the intricate nature of the process personalized orders shall be shipped within 10 days of placing the order
